Shipping Times

Your pedal will ship within 5-7 days from when you purchase it. We are a small business, and often have to build pedals to order due to the demand. We appreciate your support for our business and your patience as we build your pedal to perfection.

International and Domestic Shipping can take up to 14 business days.

If you are in Saskatchewan, you may also choose to pick up your pedal in person.

Returns and Warranty

If you need to return your pedal, you have 30 days after the date you receive your pedal to return it. We charge a 10% restocking fee, and ask that you pay for the shipping. If the pedal is not in new condition, or damaged, you will not be eligible for a refund. We access the condition of the pedal upon arrival, and will make a decision at that time.


If there are any issues with your pedal, feel free to reach out to us through email and we will resolve any problems you may be having.

Pre-orders

If an item is marked as pre-order, it is non-refundable. As a small business, we require pre-orders to help fund the cost of the product. We appreciate your support and patience as we fulfill your orders!

When will my pedal
ship if it says "Pre-order" on the product page?

The most up-to-date information on when your pedal will be shipped is located on the product page. A "Pre-order" pedal is non-refundable and will ship in the order in which it was received. If you have any other questions regarding your pre-order,
