Shipping
We currently ship pedals worldwide. If you are in Saskatchewan, you may also choose to pick up your pedal in person.
Returns & Warranty
If you need to return your pedal, you have 30 days after the date you receive your pedal to return it. We charge a 10% restocking fee, and ask that you pay for the shipping.
If there are any issues with your pedal, feel free to reach out to us through email and we will resolve any problems you may be having.
Pre-orders
If an item is marked as pre-order, it is non-refundable. As a small business, we require pre-orders to help fund the cost of the product. We appreciate your support and patience as we fulfill your orders!
